Ok.. I am trying to think positive and I will dump the cokes the minute i start this BUT i have already eaten all kinds of stuff today ... will that be ok? will my body keep all that thanksgiving food i ate yesturday and today ... should i wait and better prepare myself?

does it start at midnight tonight or as soon as we get up tomarrow?
