I would LOVE to do my first fast starting on saturday and going until christmas even ,... that is pretty much 30 days but like i said in my post earlier... im a big girl that likes to eat lol (hence why im so big) and i dont miss meals... i just bought a 12 pack of coca cola (yum-- i drink a lot of these a day) and i dont think i have the will power to go 30 days without my fatty foods and drinks :(

im 5'2 and 182 so i know i need to lose it soon.. IF i did do a water only diet with yall how much to you think i could lose? i have a treadmill i would walk on everyday for as long as i could?
