Anyone want to join me on a thirty day fast - I am starting tomorrow Saturday and going until Christmas Eve. I will be exercising when I can. I have done this before with amazing results and cant wait to get started on this - I feel bloated and tired and know this will help. Any buddes out there I am here with support and only the first few days are dfficult - once you get going it feels amazing. Drank some smooth move tea and looking forward to tomorrow, let me know if you are interested.
