well i can help with one question. i drink a big glass of ozonated water everyday and wouldn't go without it! i love it. you may want to ask on the oxygen therapy forum about the ozone unit you are looking at, there are poeple there who can give you advice about that specific unit if you link it. here is that forum.

i have never used Ionized Water so i can't help you there.

also you may want to look into doing the alkalizing drink. here is a description, i drink this everyday also and think its very helpful. this person also has a forum on curezone.
