I completely understand that feeling in your stomach-abdomen region. You think that you are doing your body good by taking all these vitamins\minerals when really you are just off-setting the balance.

I am planning on doing a Liver Flush tomorrow (Friday) as I wanted to wait until after "The Feast" today! (chuckling!!) Doing Liver Flushes have really helped me too. I do one once a month for maintenance.
