Lact-Enz and Multizyme by Standard Process. Now I got these at my chiro and I know of another chiro and my skin specialist also has these. Another word, I have never seen this brand at the health food store like Wild Oats. Have no idea if Whole Foods sells them as I don't have one in my neighborhood.

Standard Process also has a website so you could order them online too. This is the brand that I took but I know that there are other good ones too. Yogurt also has probiotics (Lactobillis (sp?) so you could also eat that to get your stomach\intestines back on track.
