You have to be forceful with them. If they do not order the tests, get them done independently. Request that all pertainent results be mailed to you specifically--they cannot refuse. Then post the results here, we should be able to make sense of it. Then Go to the doctor, and accuse him\her of not providing you with the proper medical assessment you are entitled to, and threaten to take the issue to the state\provincial\other health department. That will get the ball rolling---shroom
