Oh yes, they are very hardy...and if the infection is heavy, it takes a lot to regain health...it takes time, just keep doing as much as you can to take care of yourself. I've a long way to go still, but at least I'm not sick every day like before. Curezone is wonderful...I've learned so much here, and so many kind people...keep reading and working at it, things will improve.
