I am going through something similar as you at the moment. I have since february developed very irritated and burning skin on my face due to an allergie reaction i believe i had to some cosmetic products.

Firsly i kno what hell it is, i cant go outside cause my skin burns and when i appl anything onto it it burns as well..so my skin has lost all its mositure etc..

I would say after all the consumption of the those steriods you might look at cleansing now, seems you're body has been poisoned.
I did 3 Liver Flushes but it is hard to know what is goin on with me cause like you when i eat something now i can feel my head burning, also i have its become i a vicious circle because i have become really depressed now because i cant go out and my skin has gone mad....so the anxiety like it does with excemza has created it to mess up my immune system...and everything is linked because i now know my adrenals are exhasuted as well which means my corisol levels in the body are exhausted...

for the burning and inflamation i have a few recommendation's...herbs such as marshmallow and chickweed are very good and if you want help also buy some tissue salts like ferrum phosphate is very good for inflamation you can take these every half an hour if it is acute...nat mur is good for the burning....
