I don't get them much anymore. I stopped using tooth paste. I brush with mouth wash or baking soda or SLS free tooth paste. A worn out tooth brush pokes holes in the gums. I get rid of them when they are worn.
Vitamin C!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 to 3 grams every 2 or 3 hours gets rid of mine.
