Hey --

I just had a bad breakout for a couple of days (w/in first week of oil pulling) that arrived and left really quickly). My first instinct was to stop oil pulling as it seemed counterintuitive to continue, but I kept going forward and the breakout cleared up VERY quickly along with some Acne patches that had seemingly moved in for good!

I had the same reaction last weekend when I did an oil bath -- bad breakout that went away w/in a day or so. That was during the particularly difficult PMS time for me when my skin usually breaks out and does not get better. So I actually considered that a huge improvement.

My experience with all of this so far has been consistent (first two liver flushes, oil pulling, oil bath, etc.) -- some sort of healing crisis as part of a general trend of real improvement!

A friend just arrived for the holidays whom I have not seen in a year or so and she was amazed by how clear my skin is. Sometimes it takes others to notice the difference as we just see the day-to-day progress but they can see the huge gains!

Hope this is helpful, and Happy Thanksgiving to All -- I am very grateful today in part for all the help I receive from you all here at Curezone!

Best,

Laura
