Hello,

Well I know that the usual protocol is to cut out fruit while on a candida diet...but, I also read in some other posts, ie: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=276992 that fruit also has a lot of beneficial qualities that help heal your system, and that this can override the problems associated with the sugar. I've also been trying to eat more of an alkaline diet (http://www.askmoreless.com) at the same time.

I don't know what to believe though!
