i forgot...49 pounds, just checked...22kgs, so here we are needing to loose same weight too!!!
i could easily loose 22, as after i will put on back some more 2 or 3 kgs!
great...but yes,as you say...how did we not stop before getting there???...
well, we can see it in the way that this will be something important we will go through in our lives, this weight to loose, that will be something that will teach us lots!!!
i am sure that you too learned a lot while putting on so much...
we are ready to let go of it now, right?!!!!!
