I know that a lot of people (including me) have had problems with low amounts of bile because of congested liver and/or gallbladder.... pale stools, undigested food, etc. I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem and had it cause sore stomach and intestines? Because it seems I'm going through that right now. I've read a lot on the net about bile being a "lubricant" to the system and it seems that without enough of it, my digestive tract gets "sore" and "raw-feeling". Has anyone experienced this? I know the only "solution" is to keep flushing... but I was just wondering if I was alone in this.
