if i were you i would put a good quality olive oil on your face and skin where your Acne is. i spike some with a little oregano oil and that is what my son uses and has no acne.

flushing your liver will healp tremendously, as would salt water flushes. Acne is just the toxins coming out of the skin. give them another route and you will be done with it. and of course quit recontaminating your body with crappy food.
