lol! I'm right there with you on the restraint thing! I have learned so much and would love to share it with everyone I run into. But alas, I have found that most of them either don't listen or look at me like I'm nuts. I have been discouraged for a while from saying anything about natural healing to anyone. And here lately I've been listening a lot harder for my chance to speak up, and choosing my words very carefully when I do.

Great post on trying the OO. I should finish up my bottle of sesame tomorrow and then I'm going to start on a round of OO.
