In order to clean the mouth of any toxins or whatever is left over from the oil pull, do you think it could be a good idea to then take a small dose of Colloidal Silver after washing your mouth with water, in order to kill off anything that may remain in your mouth. The CS will also go to work elsewhere in your body when you swallow it too.

Is the timing very important here ? Should we take the CS in the mouth within 15 or 30 minutes of the oil pull ? What do you guys/gals think about this ?
