well, okay, thats jumping the gun a bit, i suppose
actually i'm all hyped because i'm finally getting die-off

...i'll explain better

two weeks ago i started pulling for the first time in my life, with cold pressed organic sesame oil.
i decided to start this because i've been fighting off candida in my system which is giving me digestive distress |(reflux/bloating)
so i'm thinking...pulling will give me an extra boost along with my clean diet and good bacteria supplementing

so back to the oil, after 15-20 minutes i'd spit, and though the stuff i spat was always thick and white, i wasn't seeing much from it.
i was a little bummed, as i have Acne at age 21 outside the t-zone (cheeks) which tells me that its toxicity rather than oil |(or else i assume? hell, it could be my Cell Phone or hair....)

but i kept on. faithful to my sesame. two to three times a day, rain or shine.

and then, two days ago i learn something new!
something i actually knew already, but when i re-read it as it was put in front of me, i remembered that i knew it (this makes more since then how it reads)

so i'm thinking "eureka! candida (and parasites)hate olive oil!
so i change oils and swish my first olive oil swish...
after i spit i notice my tongue is CAKED with white.
i scrape it 4 times.
and everytime i swish it has done this to me, using this oil.
in fact, today on this third day i am pleased to announce i have the infamous sore throat!

i kid you not, when i woke up this morning and experienced the burny soreness when i swallowed, i felt the kind of over joyous, satisfying relief much that of a female feels when they finally get their period after a fingernail biting delay (oh, don't pretend you don't know what thats like!)

so, what i mean is "holy smokes it does work!!" (...i think... we'll see after this die off. oh man i hope i'm not just getting sick)

but i'm sure it is

thanks for inspiring me to try this stuff out, though none of you knew you were actually doing it
