I had a similar problem recently. I decided the Rosacea was caused by all the medication my doctor put me on (steroids, Antibiotics , Elidel, Etc...) It was crazy. WHat finally started making my rosacea go away was the short juice fasting diet, coffee enemas, drinking more water and taking lots of pills for a colon cleanse. I have made my rosacea almost gone doing these things.

I read in these posts that skin problems are due to Liver toxicity and with as many medicines that you have taken in a short period of time, I think that could be what is worsening your problems!!!
