not cramps, just, sometimes, mostley in my legs i'll feel a quick twitch in a part of one of the muscles, usually my calves, though sometimes the quads or gluts
i dont know if i'm low on some mineral
or
well, im thinking it may be the fact that my legs are sooooo tight from working out a lot and not stretching
any ideas|?
