Given the recent protein discussion AND poor quality foods high in NPN proteins, is this the primary reason you recommend the pinch of ES with every meal... this makes sense to me after my research and study in addition the refractometer readings I have taken on available organic produce.

By the way, these NPN proteins and mineral poor foods have been getting a little news (you have to dig) lately as a possible cause for human illness\disease.
