The Dizzyness may be a sign you have Blood Sugar problems, which are Resulting from the Diet you are eating !

You may want to learn to "STOP" eating Refined and Processed foods and eat more Complete Complexed Carbohydrates, so that your body may recieve a steady supply of Natural sugars, so that your Blood Sugar does not yo yo up and down as it may be, and thus is Causing you your problems !
