I noticed lately that I've been feeling light-headed and dizzy after OP with Sunflower seed oil. I usually replace the oil after 10 minutes for a total of up to 20 min, once a day. Usually before breakfast.

What's causing this dizziness? I have already gone through a period of fatigue when first beginning the OP. Have been doing it every day for about a month now I think.

Should OP be done daily or just for a short period of time? The most I've noticed from it is cleaner teeth and less susceptablity to colds. But I also take ACV tea, at least 2 tsps in the morning.
