Aside from having smooth teeth, they seem to be going down hill which I don't think is related to oil pulling, but rather adrenal and thyroid issues.

In the spring I did The Master Cleanse for awhile and after that my teeth started to go into decline. My gums seem to be receding and now, as of this morning, one of my front teeth feels loose and is really sensitive.

If anyone has any suggestions that I might try I'm all ears. (Currently I pull with either olive, sesame, or coconut oils.)
