Hi everyone,
Its heartening to get responses!!!
Its such a struggle to get these changes in place...
I am taking things one at a time. First thing is I have stopped school lunches. However, school candy seems to be still going on... Have minimised eating from out and am cooking all meals from scratch. I was doing some reseach on plastics and will need to buy some good quality stuff. Water purification is the next step along with the shower filter.I dont use the microwave much anyways. Am trying to include more salads along with her meals. Couldnt sell the monodiet idea to my girl...
Jeyar,how many cleanses did your daughter do? I might have to look into these too.
Kathy, never heard of foot detox pads... Might have to read on this!
