I had the same worries and concerns 3 weeks ago. I was diagnosed with acid reflux also with escophacus irritation, etc., although it wasn't termed "severe", I have curtailed spicy foods and other things that would trigger indigestion. But I'm happy to report that I had no problems with the master cleasnse whatsoever. Not a bit of indigestion or acid reflux. I also have a problem with my sinus and asthma but I was breathing better than ever (didn't need any medication/inhaler). I just completed my 1st Master-Cleanse on Sunday and it was 14 days and it seemed very effective although I'll probably do it again. I'd say 'Go for it'. Good luck.
