i am starting too tomorrow...hopefully ;)...and hope to go for 30 days and i am not sur yet what to do ,which juices i mean...i was thinking of doing a grapefruit,lemon, orange, pineapple juice in the am and later in the afternoon have a green juice...i was wondering about adding some spirulina in a juice fast..do you have any info that it helps detox?..for some reason i believe protein blocks the detox but i might be wrong....
your sounds good...am not sure what is kale, i will have a look in the dictionnary...(am not an english speaking native)
anyway, id be happy to be your buddie :)))
will need support and will enjoy giving mine :)))
