Hi all!

I'm starting a 10 day vegitable juice detox and "weight loss jump start" to clean out my system a bit before I start a regular diet program.

I have a vita-mix to juice together organic kale, half an lemon juiced, an apple or pear, and a couple tablespoons of organic spirulina. This would be the main drink, along with teas and water. This mixture and detox will help break Sugar addiction and rebalance your taste buds, along with the great cleansing effects.

Anyone want to join? Looking for a partner to go at it with ;)
