Not long after I wrote how well I was feeling, I started to have a headache, and my heart was pounding so I took my blood pressure which did go up when I first started the drink but went down. It was very high. I've never had a problem or taken BP meds so I don't know why this happened. I have developed those very large boil type things on several places. I have also never had these either so I do understand it
must be connected to the alkalizing baths. They seemed to have pus in them but not deep, just a surface thing along with blood. I've been spraying them with HP.

I have also had a low grade fever and felt very badly. Needless to say I haven't taken any more of the baths because of the BP issue. I am feeling much better today. I was in the bed all day yesterday. Just weak and wobbley

I'll start all over again when I get the BP under control.
