I have been doing oil for over a year. last teeth cleaning, 4 months ago, zero plac. Gums extremly healthy. Teeth feel stronger. Can swish with ice water with no pain. I'm a heathly 66 year old male. haven't noticed other benefits. I am a vegan, and don't get sick. Little sick in the head I suppose. Anyway if you stay with it you will be rewarded with white healthy teeth, and pink healthy gums. Hope this helps.
