Your body craves Sugar because you are deficient in minerals and acidic ! You should at least try to pacify your cravings with good nourishing foods, grab a salad instead of a candy bar and very seriously look into an alkalizing/mineralizing diet!

There are two or more forums here that discuss these concept but the best info is the "Ask Moreless" forum!
