start with the candida cleanse. look at Dr. Jeff's forum. He uses sf722 for the cleanse. It's good against yeast and parasites. Start Liver Flushing too.

Since you have skin issues
1. shower filter
2. natural soap like Dr. Bronners Mild
3. natural shampoo
4. Alkaline whole foods - ask morlesss
5. no drugs or alcohol!!
6. Sauna
