Hi 71718!

The sources that I cited in my above post were:

"Empty Harvest" by Dr. Bernard Jensen & Mark Anderson and

"Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill" by Udo Erasmus...I REALLY recommend this book to learn more!

"Where in this picture ( vitamin D and now vitamin F ) you see
- the information that saturated fats are also essential for calcium absorption"

"Vitamin F" was a name given to essential fatty acids before researchers knew exactly what they were. There is NO "vitamin "F". Essential fatty acids are NOT the same thing as saturated fats. Saturated fats are fats that are solid at room temperature. Essential fatty acids are just that, essential acids such as Alpha-Linolenic acid, stearidonic acid, etc., etc., etc,. EFA's can be found in a variety of foods and oils...

"Magnesium is supposed to be essential for Calicum absorption"

For questions on minerals I recommend the Ask Moreless forum!

and, finally... "I am forced to find the connection between all the stories so that I can act and manage the equilibirum of intaking food"

We are in exactly the same place, 71718! That is exactly what I am trying to do...I am not an expert, by any means. I'm just sharing what I have learned and the connections I have made.. :)

Hope some of this helps!
