Hi there,
I am looking to start a clay bath but was wondering if you would recommend
a liver cleanse first? I haven't tried a cleanse yet but did a colon cleanse
a couple of months ago and have changed my diet and eating right.
What do you think? Would the clay bath have an ill affect if you hadn't done
a liver cleanse?
