Ok. I had been after SCD to label EM for human consumption and I could never figure out why there was resistance.

I figured the new product was their answer; but I am happy to report that they have a new label for EM (Mother Culture) that plainly states for human consumption. This is a big deal. They have gone up on the price to $25.00, but all in all, it is still the best deal 'round.

I went to the Weston A. Price conference this past weekend and it was more than great. I got to meet a lot of good people, including Sally Fallon.

More on that later.
