I'd never heard that inorganic calcium was a serious problem before, I just assumed that minerals were minerals whether that came from a rock or a tree, surely it has the same chemical structure? I will definitely look into this, its fascinating.
Yea, EFAs, thats very interesting! Thats a reply I got from Shelley who used to have a part of the forum here. I have been definitely increasing the amounts of good oils and fats I use. Not cooking with vegetable oils (except olive), only with oils that dont burn at low temperatures like coconut, oilve and quality butter / ghee. Whilst making my own salad dressings from vegetable oils and taking wheat germ oil and cod liver.
Perhaps that is helping to exit this potential calcium stuff?
Maybe supplements are also contributing, maybe I'll keep one of them and post a picutre of it for you all to see :D
