PEPPAHMINT,
Hi i just had an enema this morning and had the same problem: heres what i did, i went and fillen the enema bag up again and took it again and again until i was sure that i was all cleaned out, take your time sit there massage your abdomen it will help also, and stand up and move around and sit again, you have to get things moving inside you sometimes.
