Hi Ren,

It is important to listen to your body and I
know it would be difficult for me to have an
extremely demanding job and do cleansing too.

Its a great idea to use the lemonade when you
can. I will sometimes do a day cleanse but more
often just drinking a glass a day helps me get
in the healing cayenne and keeps me focused on
my long term goals.
