I would definitely recommend seeing one. I have been seeing one for the past year and a half and have made tremendous progress. I also had/have mold allergies and he was able to reduce them by at least 50%. Bad mold allergies can be tough to completely eradicate - there is always the possibility that they can come back. Even after they are greatly reduced you need to try to avoid it. I also have alcohol intolerance. My guy checked me for an alcohol allergy and found none. I am going to bring ut up again next session. Very few people are allegic to alcohol per se, but I know it has a bad effect on my body. My guy diagnoses me and then prescribes supplements and homeopathics. Sometimes when he puts the homeopathic in my hand that counteracts the problem (anxiety for instance), it is almost electric. I can literally feel that the homeopathic has a powerful effect on my body, and it is a tingly, electric feeling, almost like you are touching a live wire. It is pretty amazing. I had extensive allergy testing done before I saw this guy and it was a waste of time/money. Some if it (mold, pollen etc) involved injecting me with the allergen to test reactions and I have never been so sick. I trust the diagnostic tests of AK completely. Seeing different people/doctors is always a good thing. Everyone has their own biases and strengths, but an AK "doc" will always be my main doc.
