Yes, pigs are good for food (1 Timothy 4:4, "For EVERYTHING created by God is good, and NOTHING is to be rejected..." verse 4:1--"...the Spirit EXPRESSLY says that in LATER times..." (the pig WAS not good for food, but in the New Covenant, we are not to abstain from any food, the pig is consecrated in verse 5 as long as it is recieved with thanksgiving).
