Got into a car accident 7 weeks ago. 2 Herniated discs in neck, 1 in lower back. Lots of neck pain and numbess in right hand at times (from the herniated discs).

Have been doing chiro 5X a week and started accupuncture 3X week and chinese herbs also massage 3-4X a week. Been doing epsom bath 3X a week.

Is there any thing that would help recovery...modalities, herbs, exercises...anything!!

It hasn't gotten too much better and I want to do everything to help heal.

Unfortantely I move a lot during work meaning my neck (Although I TRY very hard not to move it too much) and have been probably not helping the healing (am a teacher). I have been taking some days off to heal and hoping the time off with the holidays helps even more.
