I have no problems post MF/LF with BM's...so I guess SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) isn't necessary...just seems like it washes internally from top to bottom and you feel "squeky clean"
thanks for reminding me on the cayenne...I put it in my tea daily at work...I'll take it up a notch in my foods
