I was just given my "MS" diagnosis yesterday. Needless to say, I have had a variety of symptoms over the last 6 or 7 years (I am almost 44 years old). I have been on the internet for hours reading everything I can find. I thank you for your wonderful article explaining what you have done to combat the disease. I am determined to do whatever I can to relieve the symptoms naturally and not take prescription drugs or shots as recommended by my neurologist. I am getting a second opinion next month. Between now and then, I will be reading a lot of different books, including Dr. Swank's and getting the allergy test. Thank you again, you have given me hope when my world was starting to appear somewhat hopeless. I wish you the best. Penny
