Thanks everyone....and having said how I deal with
my naysayers, I will also say that I tell as few
people as necessary that I am fasting since it makes
it a more personal experience for me and I do not have
to deal with other people's fears. It also takes pressure
off myself since I fast a day at a time and if I stop
then I have not set myself up to hear about it...ggg.
