I have just come out of a fast. During it I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) everyday and it has worked great for me. I find I prefer it to colonics and enema. I have read that colonics flushes away the good bacteria in the intestines, does SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) do this also? My second question is, can you continue the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on a regular basis. I am talking about maybe once or twice a week.
