I have a friend who lives in Eastern Europe, and he's had problems with his knees for over 10 years. He dislocated his knee about 15 times since them. He had surgery once, but looks like it doesn't help. He also told me when he moves his knee, he can feel the bones rubbing against each other. So, i'm guessing it's a loss of cartilage. I was thinking about sending him some Glucosamine/Chondroitine, but wanted to check here first. Will that stuff help him? Thanks.
