Thank you for answering me.  Sorry for the delay, I can't get on that often.  I am interested in the information you have given me and I will check out the link.  Thanks for looking it up.

Last 2 years my cholesterol total number was good, but my good cholesterol was low.  I'm actually getting my blood taken tomorrow and I was just wondering if the OP would have any effect.  I hope it has a good effect.

From other places I've read here on CZ I understand that it is best to get the diet in good shape before cleansing, and that is what I'm working on.  I still have to read a lot more about cleansing before I try.  I think I will probably try the Master Cleanse first, as was suggested to me for my sister on an earlier post.  But I'm not quite ready yet.
