we agree on not fasting children. but there is obviously a need for cleansing and oranges are right under lemons for that. i have seen this diet work. also, due to the age of this girl, i would not go over ten days at a time. i would, however, do it as many times as it took to regain normalcy. the diet has provided this problem and the diet is the only thing that can correct it. and of course dairy and soy must be avoided, as well as mixing proteins and carbs. good plant oils in the diet would complete the mix.
