OMG, this really does work. I started using it as a deoderant (thanks to this msg.) a few days ago. Additionally, I started using it as a skin & hair moisturizer. I've been taking it internally for at least a week. I noticed my skin broke out a bit when I first started taking it internally, but I know that was a good thing (and somewhat bad thing - I was suffering from severe constipation (always happens before "the time of the month",) my body was cleansing itself via my skin - I started drinking Psylilum (sp?) and water/juice two days ago, I'm regular again & my skin is healing.

I also give my dog VCO everyday. So far, so good. He loves it.

I threw away the lotions, hair conditioners & hair moisturizers & my deoderant. I threw away the "cans of PAM" and will be cooking with VCO.

I'm going to purchase more jars of this. I also will add coconut milk and meat to my diet.
