I woke up this morning in a depressed state thinking about money, getting the creditor off my sister's back regarding my old gym membership,etc. I wished I could have gotten up and had a cup of coffee. I just laid in bed and calmed my mind, knowing that the cleanse is churning up these things. I'm a little slow today and am conserving my energy. I have work Saturday and Sunday so I should be good by then I hope. I'm a nurse aide who is very active caring for the elderly.
